By definition, Fairness is impartial and just treatment or behaviour without favouritism or discrimination. Kindness is making decisions that are beneficial to others. It implies doing something and not expecting anything in return. Kindness is helping others without waiting for someone to help one back. This is applicable in all areas of life, be it in the work place, family or in relationships.
When you are first kind to yourself and you treat others as you would like to be treated, when you commit to building up others, when you spend yourself on being kind, and doing what is right by others, without expecting a payback, you would recreate kindness.
My abstract study tells me that even someone who has lost their mind, ie those referred to as ‘mad’ in the real sense of insanity, will react to a kind gesture. It could be their initial journey to wellness. It’s just a natural reaction. If we look at this example, we draw on the fact that fairness, and infact kindness are powerful and able to recreate themselves in people and in situations.
The world is waiting for this positive infusion, let’s go forth and be fair to one another, show kindness. It is contagious!
And let’s I forget, keep a smile on PEP woman, it is beautiful on you and relaxes your facial skin.
